At least not with Google Optimization... The case is that Google takes the Description META for Home Pages ONLY, and drops the rest located in any Sub Pages, Description in these pages is picked up randomly based on the search criteria to match keywords from your content. Case of keywords META and Google, just forget it! it is totally ignored and doesn't matter with the Google Optimization but still you have to use it to Optimize for other SE than Google. Fun Stuff :) shows how careless some progys are! I would say not!
