I was in Dubai in march and 2 friends were in the final stages of trying to get a Dubai driver's license - the dreaded driving test. Each had been driving for over 10 years in their home country; and one had already done the test 3 times and was told she failed! The process appeared quite deliberate and frustrating so it was surprising to see how horrible the drivers were on the road. I found the driving tips hilarious!
